What we build

In part 2 we build the Month-End Packet in Make, on the free plan, no code:

  1. A monthly timer that runs at the start of each month
  2. A step that finds last month's receipts folder in Google Drive
  3. A step that lists every file inside that folder
  4. An aggregator that turns every file name and link into one text block
  5. A Gmail draft with that block, so you review it before anything is sent

Before you start

You need a Make account and a Google account with Gmail and Drive. This part continues from part 1, which files receipts into monthly folders in Drive, so you need those month folders first. The scenario creates a draft only. Nothing is sent until you open the draft and send it yourself.

Try it yourself

Part 1 shows how the monthly receipts folders get filled. Part 2 turns each folder into one email for your bookkeeper.
